Hire employees with automated state tax registrations

We launched the ability to complete state registrations online in all 50 US states, plus Washington, D.C. You can learn more here.

This feature is powered by our state registrations partner Middesk. Before you can pay your employees, you have to be registered for payroll in the state they live in. By connecting your payroll provider, Pilot can handle these registrations for you automatically.To sign up for state registrations or for our US payroll integration, please contact our support team at support@pilot.co.

Withdraw contract signature

Administrators can withdraw their signatures if they signed in error.

This option is available until the other party signs the contract and it becomes binding.

Transfer account ownership

Account owners can transfer ownership to another administrator within their Pilot account.

Ability to view and download paystubs

Administrators and managers with access to send payments can view paystubs for contractors and employees. They can also download the paystubs in PDF format.
