Role
A Worker can have more than one role throughout their Employment. Each change in their role will be represented by a new Role record.

Long-form description of the worker’s responsibilities. Usually optional, but may be required in certain jurisdictions where needed to be incorporated into the employment agreement.
A numeric representation of the worker’s level. Useful in salary reports and compensation benchmarks.
Whether or not this role is current in the context of this employment.
The date this role is effective from.
The date this role is effective until.
