# Retrieve a member

> Retrieve a workspace access member.

Returns the same [Member object](https://docs.plane.com/reference/members/object.md) as create and list.
Use `Plane-Workspace` to select a workspace managed by your partner. A missing
Member, a worker-only seat, or a Member outside that workspace returns
`not_found`. Requires `managers:read`.
