> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.plane.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Clean, unified document management > We released a new documents experience that brings all your documents — company-wide and for team members — into one unified view with quick click filters and more. * Admins can browse and search for documents more easily using quick click filters like `Agreement`, `Tax`, and `Invoice`, while team members get a cleaner interface to view their own documents. * Each document offers menu options for admins to rename, stop sharing, delete, or show the original source for the document * Preview documents directly from the list in an inline panel, so you can quickly review files without losing your place. Clean, unified document management This redesign replaces the legacy documents pages previously found under **People > Documents** and **Company > Documents**, and is now accessible from a new, top-level [Documents](https://app.plane.com/docs) menu item. This also lays the foundation for richer document types and more advanced filtering. As part of this change, we’ve retired some existing document categories and replaced them with new labels.
